updates not uploading...

I am trying to change menu options (the text in the drop down boxes)- the changes show in Frontpage, and in Xara, but do not upload onto my site! Site is www.recyclethatstuff.com, I am trying to change the Quote text under metals, dumpsters, and chops to "Get a Quote!".

I have cleared the cache, hit reload a bazillion times... nothing. I read the Xara FAQ that dealt with this question, but if I knew what any of that meant, I would not have needed to buy this software in the first place! :confused:

Can I please have the old lady version of "Cut and paste this here" or something along those lines? Or at least the simplified version of "blah blah blah is probably to blame..."? I'd really appreciate it
