Late post but.. I have been using ipage for my most recent websites and have not had any problems so far, their live chat is really helpful and any issues (usually when a client does not set-up the domain registration correctly (transfers etc). Will probably do a few more sites with them before going for their affiliate program.

They have several plans, not expensive at all. Pay 2 years.
They have a lot of CMS/Blog/BBS scripts that are self/auto-loading (no messing around) including Mambo/Joomla/Wordpress/phpNuke/Wiki's... too many to list.
Full mysql/pgsql and E-commerce
They have plans with unlimited domains so you can create multiple hostings, though the account management would be "your eyes only".
Good 24/7 support and live support. I've been hosting with them for many-many years now. There was one time where I did try another company, but I switched back.
Interesting magnatude..If I hosted 10 different websites on the hosting would each of my 10 clients be able to log in to the control panel etc and make changes just to their portion and not be able to view any other domain hosted on there. If so it sounds good
It would be one control panel for all the domains added and all the domains would share the resources of the hosting account.
