what is classed as a template

Hi,
I would like to know what is classed as a 'template' in Xara Xtreme/Xara Web?
I have read the wikki term but would like to know what Xara would clss as one?
do I make any sense?

Jim are you talking about page templates or web 'design' templates?

The word template is applicable to anything which is part-prepared for a given purpose.
