@rsrsrs: Danke für die Links. Das Video über Dürer kannte ich schon, Rembrabdt noch nicht.
Da sind aber auch noch weiter interessante Videos über alte Meister.
Dir frohe Weihnachten und alles Gute!

home straight in sight... :)
This is for you Bert.
Thanks Gary,
Bert will see your stereogram but Ernie no. My right eye is weaker and I can't see 3-D.
I think sunday I'll finish this journey.
Thanks all who join here in.
@ernie Inspiring! When completed I think this is going to look fantastic printed.
@gary It doesn't matter how many times I look at stereograms, I am always intrigued at what I am actually seeing. It's like glimpsing into a secret hidden world. I have to use the cross-eyed viewing technique, which I think you've mentioned in the past, means I always see things going away into the page, rather than coming forwards.
So, finally I’m done with the drawing.
Everything is hand-drawn with and in Xara Designer Pro+.
All objects are real vectors. For drawing I only used the Shape Painter Tool.
The only exception is the frame around the drawing, which consists of a rectangle that I drew with the Rctangle Tool.
Here all steps in a row:

I would like to thank all those who have motivated me to continue to follow.
It was my craziest project (apart from the three 200-page books) that I realized in/with Xara.
Merry Christmas to all of you.
