adjust window size

beofor i used the menu maker to make my menu i had a set of links all in html, one of them was a popup that i could adjust the window size, the script was something like, <a href="#" onclick="popup('page.html', 'window', 250, 250);">
but i don't know how to put that into this new menu thing, i've tried to adjust the js file but with no sucess!
oh and the topic in the support pages on the xara website doesn't work!
