anime.js - Hovers

This will only work for an XDA that handles Shapes as SVG.

I am lodging it as it is a complex solution for something Xara handles fairly easily with MouseOff and MouseOver with its animation effects.

The main problem with the Xara approach is it fails to handle MouseOut, at all in some cases, so when you leave the hover, the shutter drops.

anime.js handles different MouseOver and MouseOut events but requires a side of JavaScript function, event handlers,, CSS and anime.js to pull it all together.

No demo as Xara Cloud does not render curved corner boxes as SVG at the moment.
