Grid to front

Is there any way to put grid to front of all layers?
I have Xara Page & Layout Designer 11.

Add another Layer and draw a grid on it.
Possibly use one of Xara's pre-designed grids.
Create a 49.5px box with no fill and a line of width 0.25px. Make a bitmap copy. Use this in a repeating Filling for a large box or other shape.

Not that I am aware. I will move this thread to Dear Xara as this is now a feature request.

In some pictures is grid on the top of all objects. I can see the grid everywhere.
But in some other pictures is grid on the bottom.
What is the trick?
And I can't find setting for this.

Finally understand what you are asking.

Show Grid (#) always puts the grid on top.
it gets obscured with colours at the red end of the spectrum.
If you can't see the grid change your Zoom or reduce your View Quality.

Just today.
The same file.
When I opened it, I can't se the grid at fill of large object. The grid was on bottom, I think. But then - after a lot of editing - I really don't know when - right now I can see the grid. Grid is now on top.
But I not changed view quality in any way.
Who knows, maybe I should to hide grid and show it again?

And another test.
1. I open SVG file in Xara Page & Layout Designer 11.
- Grid is on the bottom.
2. Then I save As to XAR file format.
3. Close file and open again.
- Now is grid on the top.

Yes there is some mistery about grid.

I've just tried importing a few SVGs onto a Xara design page with the Grid showing and also not showing.
The Grid remains on top.

It might be your graphics card.
