Where is the Picture Editor?

Hello every happy Xara-masters! It will be a pleasure to use this program. But first I have a very basic question: where is the PictureEditor?:confused: I feel frustrated. I looked at the first introduction movie for Windows and tried to find the PictureEditor tool. I have Xara 0.7 for Linux (I use Ubuntu). Is it a plugin, not included in Ubuntu-package? In that case where can I find it and maybe purchase it?

EDIT You need not answer, I see the question about photo-editor. It is not ready for Linux.
