Social Media Buttons with count

Anyone know of a way to include social media buttons which show a count within a WD site?

I've seen there are some plugins for Wordpress.... but that's no use to me!

Its buttons for Facebook & Twitter which Im looking for - with the number of followers included - which match each other as they will be displayed alongside.

Megg - I think there are options when you add a Like button or a Google + button to show the count.
