This mornings start to the day.

Softaculous reports an update is ready - Sure, let's do it!
'Would you like a full backup' - Most definitely, thanks for asking!
'This will take 3 to 4 minutes, please do not leave this page'

20 minutes later - this progress bar is not going to progress more than 95% no matter how long I stare at it. Of course it's a customers installation. Rolling up my sleeves for a manual backup of database and files knowing full well it would be OK to just close the page and carry on...buuuuut.

I am a little lost. What is Softaxulous and what does it have to do with Xara? Is this some type of helper program?

Only because it's related to websites. Looking back it seems irrelevant in all threads actually.

I'll make an executive decision and move it to Off Topic Chat then.
