I thought you might like some feedback on your experiments, Acorn.

However, I don't know if there is a way to make a slider automatically know screen size. These are just come questions I have. I am not at the place, technically, to be able to write code, etc to develop a panoramic slider. So, I would be willing to pay for one that can be changed to meet whatever need I might have in the future. Any suggestions?? Thanks much.

The Nivo slideshow widget is in the local designs gallery under Photo Slideshows & Galleries, but you cant change the proportions of the slides.
The xara slideshow widget is much better, check to see if it's in your version of the gallery. Import it into your page and make it the width of your main page, then right click - websticky/stretchy - click full width and scale stretched object. Preview it and drag the browse window smaller - you'll see the slideshow shrink in size.

Boy, I do, and I am sorry if my answer implied I didn't.
It seems there is a need but probably this attempt is a non-starter.
I have read musicmanrobert's ask and I am confused as all he has asked for is now there.
Perhaps TGers need to define what is required?
- Continuous.
- Automatic.
- Full-width.
- Flicker-free.
The easier way may be to reference one that is in use somewhere.
Acorn :)
