Angled Circular Fills

I appreciate the effort in making Rectangles render as HTML SPANs when published. This avoids extra HTTP calls for images, the image jaggies and the extra files sizes.
It gets better. I can apply Flat Fills with multi-stage colour graduations (extra Fill Handles) and even include transparency at any node, which allows stacking of shapes.

Bug - I was pleased to discover it also works for Circular Fills until the shapes is rotated by any amount.
This makes no sense as a rotated shapes is readily addressed by a CSS transform matrix.
You already do this for No Fill & Flat Fill Rectangles.

I would also like you to include ellipse as well as conic when you fix this.

Although bitmaps are part of the current construction, its output is a separate image every time it is used.
It would be more effective if one master image of sprites was accessed instead.
