Very average. What feedback do you want to hear? Dropping out a solid background is very easy.
I think you did very well. It seems to me that you are learning the program and want feedback on how you are doing is that correct? Looks like you are learning.

Enamul, whatever your motives, this kind of work isn't what Talkgraphics (TG) is about. Essentially TG is about creating new artwork of various kinds or websites.
It's not really about photo retouching or cropping.
The people who come to TG are not really needing people for this kind of work, either.
