Scroll box within a webpage

Folks,
Hoping for some advice. I am building a webpage and would like to embed some text within a vertically scrolling panel. Not sure if the attached picture comes through, but I want to create an "application' within a webpage that allows me to control the size of a "viewing box" but have as much information inside as necessary by allowing it to scroll.

I'd prefer to have ready access to the scrolled information to add text or pictures, hyperlinks etc. and would rather not the difficult steps of hosting the information elsewhere on the server and view via an Iframe or creating a placeholder and div tags with text in the placeholder.

Without hiding all the text inside a DIV, the only recourse with Xara is to use an IFRAME.

The same design file can hold the main site pages and the thinner, longer detail pages - Attachment 123333.

The IFRAME itself needs to be about 25px wider to ensure the detail fits with the vertical scrollbar.

I hadn't thought about an Iframe in this way and thought I'd need to have a separate web file with the Iframe contents or contain all text in a div tag.
I appreciate your quick response and simple, logical and useful solution.
