Please help me find a newsletter software

I want to create a website that will send newsletters. Each month the version of the website will be different and will be stored in a different archive something like the xara outsider and such.

Each month a newsletter is sent to the customers, I can go to the archive and see what was there in older newsletters. Maybe there's another word for it rather than "newsletter". It's a sort of a blog but rather than saving each article it saves the entire blog for archive.

Does anyone know of such a software, or maybe the exact word for it?

Do a search on ListServ. I Think what you'll want is a combination of a simple newsletter website and a ListServ. The ListServ manages the sending of the email newsletter you're talking about. It also automates the opt out process.
