Adding text within the bounderies of an image

Hi,

I have an image as shown below, is there any way to add a text box so that the text flows to the inside of the image?

Draw the outline of the shape, put it over a big rectangle, subtract the shape from the rectangle, set the shape to repel text and position it over your text and image. You can change color of shape so it's invisible/matches background.
