LGF, you seem to be saying it works if you fidget the pop-up screen.
A local issue with your graphics card?
They work here.
Bypass Xara and create your button directly from https://www.paypal.com/buttons/.
You will get code you need to add to a Placeholder so create a similar size box and use that.
