The recurring construction work is Cletus Delroy Spuckler.
Not sure if that's him or not though. :D
Judging by the shoulders, I'd guess he's a character from Futurama, not the Simpsons ;)
As for a name .......... he's not a star of either :p
The uniform is from Futurama (I think Zapp Brannigans crew?) but I've not seen the helmet on any. Very Groenig though, nicely done.
thats from futuruma too i think.. unless he's with krang and the other alien guy.. he got a space suit..

Did a search yesterday on both suggestions and yes the friend was wrong the character is from Futurama although I could not find his name. Thank you for your help and any way it was for a silly party game where people had to sing in the voice of the character shown with a song title written above. As you guessed this one would not have worked as no one would have recognised the character and therefore could not have impersonated his voice to go with the old Beatles track Help!

Also, why do you see Chief Wiggims with black hair sometimes and blue hair sometimes? Ever noticed that?

Perhaps Wiggum dying his hair blue indicates he and Marge are ...... no, not going there :eek:
