Adding too many rows seems to be a problem for Smart Table 09 (and effectively all the rest).
Why?
The purpose of a table is to handle rows and columns of data.
I can just about Click on the Add row control and get a new row every five seconds.
Bug - If I Click+Drag (down) beyond say 100 rows, I get:

Neither is particularly useful when I am after a row count of over 300.
