Typically the code would go into Web Properties > Website > HTML Code (head). If you only want some pages, each page needs Web Properties > Page > HTML code (head).
If that fails use HTML code (body).
If that fails draw a box and in its Placeholder, use HTML code (body).
It all depends on what Statcounter calls simple HTML.
Acorn
Acorn, thank you for the info; made adequate changes..everything's fine. Learned something new with this that I probably should have learned years ago. My problem has always been I don't learn until I need to use it. Take a look at the site when you get a chance.... http://www.programmersdigest.com
I took a quick look at your site and the home page is way too confusing in it's current state. I understand it is still under construction but I do not know what I am suppose to do on the page. It took a while before I realized to click on the record to go somewhere else.
I also do not see the statcounter so not sure if it is working or not.

I have used the following for my clients.
Go to Analytics and paste it there. This way it is active for every page on your site, which should be.
Did you hear the audio? That should have given you an idea. It is basically being designed for broadcasting people and those in the communications world. Your input is appreciated much. Thank you.
Thanks for the Analytics info. Most helpful. However, I cannot find it in Xara. Your thoughts appreciated.
Go to webproperties > Analytics > Paste code in the white area.Attachment 122378
behzad, that did it, found it and inserted the code. Thanks bunches for that.
All the best.
