xara web designer 6 problem

Just downloaded web designer 6 as i previously had web designer 5.

When trying to add buttons or anything out of the designs gallery i get the following error message

template not installed yet

what do i need to do to fix this?

Also when trying to upload a previous site i created in web designer 5 i get the error message

operation timed out

i noticed that the progress bar that appears during ftp upload stays on 0% then times out after about 30 to 60 seconds any ideas?

Got my site uploaded now but im still unable to use any of the templates or buttons out of the new designs gallery if i try and drop an icon onto my page i still get error message saying

template not installed yet

Go to the Help menu and select Download Templates. Xara installs a preview but you need to download the templates, clip art, etc.

If you get the disc version, these things are installed when you install the program.
