The color editor allows us to click the little tag icon & set a "named color" for the file. The named color shows up on the color bar as a square. Is it possible to set up a named color globally (pre-set for new files)?

I usually make my own palette. I think the process is the same as regards saving a new named color so it is always present. That is, get XDP how you want it as regards your colors. Then save the template and check to use it as a default template.
