Web Designer 5 and Matterport 3D tours
Web Designer 5. Website is mheinc.com. I just uploaded 3 Matterport 3D tours yesterday using a placeholder. However, I can view the tours in all browsers except Internet Explorer. There is something in the code that is telling Explorer not to open the tour. Anyone have any ideas on a fix? Most of our customers still use Internet Explorer. Thank you!!!

You might make sense of https://stackoverflow.com/questions/...ent-ie-edge-do, first answer.
As to how you could force under IE11 is another matter.

Thanks for the quick response Acorn. I've been using Web Designer 5 since 2009. I wonder if I update to a new version, would the IE issue be solved? Also, will my current website open and be editable in a newer version? Thanks for your help!

Mcspade, the problem wouldn't go away as the META code is part of the IFRAME that the viewer is generating; it is not a Xara feature.
For your website, do you have the .XAR or .WEB design file for editing.
If so download a trial of the latest version and it should load without any difficulty. Xara has usually been very good around compatibility aspects.
