Re: Perimeter of the shape is not smooth
for the record I dug this out of the [not very search-friendly] xara help:
Quote:
Note: A zero width line is a special case, and should not normally be used. This draws a line one device-pixel wide. The actual size will therefore depend on the device the drawing is displayed on. On a monitor screen one pixel is clearly visible and is never shown anti-aliased. On devices such as printers and particularly on image setters, which have a much higher resolution, the line is almost invisible (zero width lines in imported files are converted to 0.25pt).

Monica,
These are interesting shapes. If you don't mind my asking what are you using these for?

Re: Perimeter of the shape is not smooth
Hi Ray,
These are Devotional Imprints in Time that my mother, Graziella Malagoni, "channels" into her art. These glyphs have been appearing in her silk paintings for years and she made a Codex that contains 62 pages of these glyphs.

This video shows her 2014 installation (to celebrate her 75th birthday): https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_c...&v=eNDlCClnpgM
I will be using 50 of the glyphs in a book that I'm writing.

She's amazing, isn't she? I'm always in awe of her creations. Her Facebook page shows some colored Doodle Cities on silk: https://www.facebook.com/graziellamalagoni.art/

Absolutely stunning, I love the colours.
