Navigation bar drop downs overlapping

I updated my site today (wonershhistory.co.uk) and noticed that now the drop down tabs of the top navbar are overlapped by the bottom bar. I am pretty sure this only happened after the update but can't be sure. My update was not related to the navbars.

I think it is just the need to ensure the topmost NavBar is brought to Front.

I have checked on V15.1 back to v12.6 and all behave the same.
