What the Font!
Hi,
My 12yo daughter would like to make a poster for the school play. I believe it may be a competition.
She'd like to use Xara and have a little hands on experience. I will try my best to help her out although I use it more for cropping and editing photos.
But here we go! With this project in mind I wondered whether anyone had any useful reference links for making posters with Xara (PGD10) and if you knew what font has been used in the following image https://www.playbillstore.com/rock-o...songbook.aspx? I think she'll avoid using images of people in the first instance, but if she does well in the competition, perhaps she'll be able to use images of her peers for the final marketing of the show... fingers crossed.

Re: What the Font!
Have a look at www.DaFont.com and see if you can find a similar font. This may have been hand lettered. Might be something like this in the SciFi group.
DaFont.com fonts are free for non-commercial use. And some are free for any use.
This one is close https://www.dafont.com/meckablecka.f...t=ROCK+OF+AGES

- So you don't have kids then.
Font is the ACDC font called Squealer in case you're looking for old school metaly style.

Not sure where my reply went but... 2 great wee girls. And how could I have missed something ACDC related...? Prepare for an almost double post I suspect...
