Modular Website - live shared and repeating

I might have found something. Playing with some footer modules. Footers are live shared and not repeating. I select and turn off live shared. Save. Then add repeating to the module - and the "repeat on all pages" will not show on other pages.
Perhaps another can verify.

Bill, Web Blocks have to be Live Shared to work across Variants. Stopping this breaks them.
Stitching back is then painful.
