[HELP] Failed to read the requested TrueType character outline

I am using Xara Designer Pro X when I bumped into an error after installing a certain font called Poppins. I have been using Skyfonts ever since and it does nothing that may have caused the error. Other fonts I've installed using Skyfonts work but not Poppins. It displays error saying Failed to read the requested TrueType character outline. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the font, still no good, the error is still showing. I don't know why is this happening. Any help?

Have you tried installing the Poppins font from Google fonts under the Text option in Xara?
