I am trying to close this account, not interested any longer, and I have been hacked, possibly through your forum. but there is no option to close my account. I can no longer use the email I signed up with, and I do not want to give you any new information. this is very poor performance on your part, it should be easy to close an old account. I am hoping that you can trace me from this post and remove my account.
as you can imagine, this is a real drag for me. not happy at all.

btw - if you have lost the email you signed up with... how did you log on to post - you must have kept the username and password all this time... is your email not in your profile details here on TG - is that the one you can no longer use ?
I guess you mean the xara/magix account right ?
You shown no Xara software listed in your profile, and this site is primarily a support site for Xara graphics software. So I am not even sure why you joined or why you are still here.

In this period, how often did you choose to change your Password?
Did you ever use a similar grouping of symbols in your other on-line accounts? Might you have be hacked through one of these?
I am interested in how someone gaining access to your TG account with its password could compromise your identity or assets.
Or, are you suggesting that TG/Xara somehow let your email and password out so you have been compromised?
What might the big Contact Us button at the foot of every TG page suggest?

People, dl-la makes hand made papers and I can understand why this person might want to join a graphics forum. I found this information while trying to see if I could delete the account. I could not. I have passed the request along to the site admin so something will be done when something gets done.
