[Question] - Re-Installing

As indicated in some of my threads regarding viewing PDF and Text Repel via my index.htm, the results aren't what others are getting.

I can think of 3 things that could the cause (excluding me not using the program correctly :rolleyes:).
1- my graphics card or other hardware.
2- my browser settings/security settings/virus protection software (some of which are controlled by my network administrator)
3- something funcky with my XWD installation.

Addressing #3 would seem to be the easiest thing to do.
Question is:
Is there an advantage to doing a complete uninstall first and then a fresh install (if so, will it remember my license?). Would it be more helpful in cleaning up bad registry settings?

... or just install over the top of my current installation.

John if the problem is due to your installation I would recommend a complete uninstall first.

This should remove files and registry entries that could be suspect.
