Does Google Search widget still work?

Hi

I'm trying to use the Google Search widget with Designer Pro X18 but after looging in and getting to the stage with the flashing carat wanting me to enter a web address the program hangs up completely and I can only get out of it using the Task Manager.

Is this widget broken? Should I look for alternatives?
