Need to create the guardraids of a road layout.

Hi!

I need to create the guardraids for a road layout with a specific shape.
The idea is draw a continuos line with three diferents shapes, start, middle and end, one for each section of line, and the middle section is continuously repeated
Is there any plugin for photoshop that do this? or any program?
