Edit Inside Group - Text Background not Shown

To see the Bugs:

• Open Group - Bug - the Cell Text Areas do not show the Paragraph Backgrounds or Paragraph Borders:
  
  • You can see they are present in Preview.
  • Drag a colour onto either Cell, you can change the Paragraph Backgrounds separately in the Replace colour Dialog.
  
  
• Right-click a colour on the Colour Bar and pick Table Background - Bug - this is not a Table.

Text Backgrounds are fine.
