What size is the original image?
If the original image is this size, at 300dpi it will go down to 40dpi at 1200 pixels.
It's as included above, I would think. The OP wants it to go from 330x324 to 1200x1300 ( I won't comment on the ratio).Quote:

Thank you all for your help. The picture i upload is 330px by 324 at 200PPI i would like to atleast have it resize at 1200px and keep the PPI or DPI at 200.
If you can maybe show me some samples i would appreciate it.
Use XARA
import the file into Xara - resize - export image set dpi as required.
Xara does a magnificent job resizing jpgs.
