Code to call for SSL Version (Web Designer 11 Premium)

I have my website on GODADDY (be gentle...LOL). I have an SSL Certificate, but my website designed with Web Designer 11 Premium does not call for the SSL version. They, GODADDY, said my site needs coding to call the SSL version. Any help would be very much appreciated.

If your hosting with GoDaddy you should have Cpanel installed as well. You can install the SSL certificate from there:

Are you sure they said your site needs coding to call the SSL?
