I manage to put Facebook Comments in my page with a Placeholder in the bottom of the page. I know Xara works with with fixed-size pages, but is there a trick or workaround to make the height of the page grow with the comments?

Well - there is the Dynamic Page Tweak, but it doesn't work with Facebook's code.
Though it works well with HTMLCommentbox
