Create "permanent" User Defined Color Palettes

Create a bunch of Named Colors, select them in the Color Gallery, have an option-button in the Color Gallery to create and name/rename a user defined Color Palette.

The user-named palette would the appear in the Color Gallery and is stored in Xara's Palettes Folder or, if the Color Gallery can't load the new Palette during the current Xara session, the next time Xara is opened that palette would appear in the Color Gallery.
