Re: Golden Section Rectangle Stereogram
John - Yes.
Each square section has a 1/4 conical fill and each blends stops with one value and the next square starts with that value and ends darker.
Attached is the depth image showing the squares in the rectangle and one large 1/4 conical fill.
I outlined each square in red to show the individual shapes.
Re: Golden Section Rectangle Stereogram
Yep, I can see that, Gary. The square spirals back into the shape. Very cool indeed.
Re: Golden Section Rectangle Stereogram
It took a bit of un-concentrating(?) but I saw it in the end. Very nice!
Re: Golden Section Rectangle Stereogram
Gary,
Thanks for confirming what I saw and for the illustrations. That is what I would have drawn if I could draw.
Re: Golden Section Rectangle Stereogram
Sorry Gary but I just don't see this one as a spiral. As stated earlier, I can see a 3D effect in the lower centre but not over the rest of the image ;)
Re: Golden Section Rectangle Stereogram
Egg,
Do you see the spirals? It's the ones at the right that spiral around backwards into the rectangular holes (bad description). Follow those ones.
Re: Golden Section Rectangle Stereogram
Egg - Some images work better than others. No specific reason.
