change colour of fabric in image

Hi
I am trying to change the colour of a cloth fabric in an image to other colours. I have a photo of a pair of window curtains that i want to use as the base image but change only the colour of the curtains to match a number of different fabric scan images.
My question is how do i achieve this?

There are many ways to do this: change the layers blending mode, do a quick mask, change or replace colour. It all depends on your original photo if the colour in the fabric is else where on the photo the draw a mask to only change the colour in that area using a new layer. If you new at PS why not buy a book as this is a very easy process and I would start looking at Photoshop Wow or Adobe Photoshop Classroom Book as tutorials when you search from google makes you look at some boring tuts.
