Where's Parallax scrolling functions in the new update? Am I overlooking?

I did the updates- NOT a lot of big differences. I was hoping for a Parallax scrolling effect (Parallax scrolling is when the website layout sees the background of the web page moving at a slower rate to the foreground, creating a 3D effect as you scroll.) If this is easily done or done with different verbiage or directions can I get the information. I am hoping that I missed something simple.

The background can also have verbiage layout out on top of the image as you scroll and a lot of times the image is responsive.

I have not updated yet but in 16 it's under Reveal/Scroll > Scroll Animatioin > Parallax.

I will look into it and see how well it works.. Thank you
