Tools menus no longer expand

This is a first.

None of the multi-functional tools expand. Am I missing a setting somewhere?

I have Pro X

which version of pro x ?

the default checks are first to run the program as administrator, if that does not fix it - then reset the toolbars which in the program is window menu / contriol bars / reset button [this will reset all your bars]

I did all of the above. Tools tips still not expanding out. I desperately need the healing tool. Any other way to get that?

go back to control bars and tick button palette you should see on this the flyout midway towards the bottom, does this work ?

Heal Tool - try Window > Control Bars > Button Palette.
Third row from the bottom, you will see the Enhance photos call out and if that works the Heal Tool is the fourth icon in.

You could also create a Key Shortcut, using Utilities > Customise key shortcuts (Alt-U-H).
Under All > Photo Heal Tool, you could assign Shift+H to it.

Thank you, I'm using so many of this flyout tools tips. Doing this every time will get old soon :-) I hope someone knows why it won't work for me.

you can try unticking everything in control bars - restart the program - then tick the bars you need such as toolbars
