Link to heading sits too high

Hi everyone,
I've just done a basic 1 pager and have linked the nav bar to the various headings further down the page.
When previewed the links work but the heading comes all the way to the top of the header space, in-between the company name and the nav bar.
I've tried all I can think of to get it to sit under the header space but nothing seems to work. Image attached to visually explain.
Any help with this would be much appreciated.
