02. if it's a promotion - even a disguised one - it'll be considered as spam and the moderators will remove your post
03. can you explain - in simple words that even a dumb layman like me will be able to understand - what the heck your post has to do with new gear?

Rule No.1 when looking for a host - skip the ones that have to SPAM to get potential clients to notice them.
