Hi,
Few of my clients got the SSL certificate but some of them their subscription ends soon. Do I include the line (see attached)
with https or without?
Also do I have to worry about anything else?

Anyone? I offer a free cup of coffee if you help me out :)
You would need to decide what the URLS should be going forward http:// or https:// - will they be renewing ssl or not. If not (and site doesn't use forms) they should probably just use http:// to avoid browser warnings. If they are going to renew at some point just leave it https. It's not something you would want to be switching back and forth between, really should comit long term to one or the other. If site has forms they should stick with https and renew the ssl cert.
Yes thank you. That I knew but what about the settings when publishing website (see attachement). I think keeping it http is best, I hear the SSL/hosting company converts anything http to https if they have the certificate.
You should encourage them to stick with SSL to protect their viewers and themselves.

In addition, Google is suppose to be penalizing sites in search ranking that do not have https: Your client may want to look at one of the free security certificates and see if the hosting site uses/allows them.

Yes thank you. I have decided not to use the site map feature output from xara. I will let google index it on its own.
My site is not ssl and it is ranking 1st page on top, so not sure if this alone would lower positioning.
