XaraLX export to jpeg

Hello all,

I have installed XaraLX on Ubuntu 6.06 with no issues except the two warning when the program starts as listed in another thread.

I have also read that XaraLX supports export to jpeg....using Imagemagick.

I have downloaded and installed Imagemagick with no issues.

When I run the comand:
convert image1.xar image1.jpg

gives this message:

no decode delegate for this image format 'image.xar'

if possible could anyone point me in the right direction?
I really am enjoying the program and am lloking forward to redesigning some graphics for a website i administer but need to use a web friendly filetype.

You can simply, within Xara, use the File>Export menu ! I think it uses internally ImageMagick, but it's completely transparent for the end user.

indeed ..do this from Xara .. ;) ..because the ImageMagik dont keep inside a filter for .xar file format.

Xara use imagemagik functions to save selections from canvas to JPEG or other formats.
