X-mouse stops mouse wheel scrolling in Designer Premium

I have an application called X-mouse (https://www.highrez.co.uk/downloads/...tonControl.htm) who's sole purpose is to intercept any mouse events. I use this to swap mouse button 4 & 5. Nothing else.

With Designer Premium, if X-mouse is enabled, I cannot use the mouse wheel to scroll up and down. If I disable it, I can.

No other application is affected by this program.

Anyone know if this can be fixed?

would be nice to hear how so others may benefit :)

There's an option in the settings of X-Mouse to change the behaviour of the scroll wheel.
