Actually, I don't consider PDF editing as the strong skill in order to make it with online magazines. Speaking of the situation when you already have enough materials in order to put them in your issue, all the work you shall do next is to impose it - PDF will take place later. And when so, you can easily edit your issue with online tool like this [Link removed by moderator] But the very first thing you should do in order to get the design work started is to gain a vision of what layout it would be like
