This is a TOUGH one!!!

Hi all

I'm new to this forum and thought one of you font experts might be able to help.

Im working on a logo in Illustrator and I accidentally selected the "Tamil MN" font. The result was not a tamil font but a regular english alphabet font that I really like and would like to use. I believe that since I don't have the option to display tamil or asian fonts that Illustrator replaced the text with the default font Im seeing now even though it says "Tamil MN".

Does anyone know what this default font is?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I am sure one of the members will have an idea. It looks similar to Optima but I don't think it is.

Likely it is Times Sans Serif for the English characters. The Tamil are Unicode that you can probably access in Illy using the Glyphs panel.
