The 2006 LinuxWorld UK Linux Expo is this week.
Anyone based in the UK should consider visiting this event which is the major national Linux event of the year and is attended by many 'suits' but still has a slightly 'geeky' flavour.
Their info goes a little further, stating:
LinuxWorld is the UK's only open source event for business decision-makers and technical professionals. Find out how and why to implement Linux and open source solutions into your business infrastructure.

I'm surprised there's no mention of Xara Xtreme there... :(
Bob these Linux Expos are primarily to expose businesses to Linux and try to have them move from using Windows or Mac to using Linux. Individual applications are not usually a part of the agenda.
At the present time Xara developers are working on their commercial product or products for an upcoming release (no, not a clue as to which product).
I don't think anyone at Xara would have the time to participate at the Linux Expo.
