NEED WEB DEVELOPER / PROGRAMMER

ARE YOU A WEB PROGRAMMER WITH SOLID WORD PRESS EXPERIENCE?I have been designing my website using XARA XTREME. I do not know how to program. I based my design on the following WordPress Theme:

The site includes a Blog, Forum, Video Viewer, Audio Player, a few game apps and I would also like to include a Contact Directory of colleagues and affiliates. As I have been working on the design, I paste the link to any apps, widgets to facilitate programming. Additionally, I will upload the design drafts, and all images on Picasa. I am looking for a developer that can execute my vision while focusing keenly on functionality and performance of the site.
